I Can See Your Depth

AW23

This collection began with my poem "Depth," which explores the vulnerability we reveal and the shallowness we project onto others. It questions how we define what is deep and what is surface. The poem concludes, "I would like to not find the answer to what depth is; instead, I would like to find out what depth can be."

Building from this idea, the collection uses recorded conversations with other students to investigate how depth takes shape and what influences the ways it is perceived and expressed.
